Old Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We do not offer the option to Return. We ONLY offer Exchange or Store Credit. You must contact us to initiate any exchange. Please do not send anything without communication with VICHA or it will be sent back to sender.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Items are subject to inspection for wear and tear. Kindly consider that this means in original condition and packaging, and all tags must be attached, along with no visible signs of being worn, such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Such as face masks, bathing suits, thong bodysuits or any type undergarments.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval for Exchange or Store Credit 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent to you via email excluding shipping.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items qualify for store credit or exchange. All sale items are final sale. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
