Shipping Policy

How does shipping work

VICHA has a 24-48 hour processing window to complete our shipping process including, such steps as: Inspection of product, Verify size, Color, Carefully Package it, Print Label & Ship it!                   

Depending on the volume of pending orders we will ship your order within a 24-48 hour window after your order has been placed. 

Shipping Type

We offer ground shipping. We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours and they arrive in 4-7 business days. Delivery days are weekdays Monday to Friday only with the exception of holidays. Original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipped. 

Depending on the urgency this product is needed. If you have a unique situation and would like to receive the package as a fashion emergency, please email us and we will do everything to expedite that order and get it to you as fast as possible!

Possible Order Delays

We will do our absolute best to try to get your package to you on time! Although our third party shipping company only provides us with an estimate delivery date if your package is delayed please go to the www.usps.com and type your tracking number for more details.  

Address Change once the order has been placed

If you provided the incorrect shipping address please email us at contactus@vichaofficial.com with the email subject: *ATTN: SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR* and provide us with the correct one. 

Depending on the status of your order in some cases we may be able to change the address after being shipped. If this is a possibility our third party delivery service usually has a charge to cover the intercept fee plus transportation fees to change the address. The charge can be billed to your original payment method, or if preferred a new method can be provided to pay for the charge.

Request to Cancel Order

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. You are responsible for the shipping fee for unwanted orders. We will go ahead and inspect the item once it arrives, if it qualifies, you will receive store credit excluding shipping fees. 

Tracking My Order

Please track all orders to ensure the receipt of your package. We are not responsible for lost orders, incorrect addresses, unclaimed or refused packages.
